1. The given contract should be read, understood and accepted by the investor who wants to take part in investment activity of Kevin's Investment Group.

        2. Kevin's Investment Group reserves the right to itself to be registered and submit documents contenting reports on investment activity only on the discretion to any private patent and certified agencies.

        3. Kevin's Investment Group takes investments from everyone who has got a wish to deposit money. We do not have the right to show preference to some certain potential investors and our interest rates and other terms are one and the same for all our investors.

        4. The agreement is published on the basis of the public offer. It means, that anyone who has familiarized with the present agreement, has the right to become an investor of Kevin's Investment Group.

        5. The data specified by the investor at registration are not checked, and their conformity to true is left on conscience of investor.

        6. Investor confirms that he/she is at least 18 years old or more, depending on the official legal age in any particular jurisdiction.

        7. The minimal deposit which is necessary for opening of the account in system should be not less than 20 USD. The investor has an opportunity to make so much additional deposits, how many he considers to be necessary.

        8. You acknowledge that you are acting as an individual and not on behalf of any other entity. All information you receive is unsolicited, private encoded communications of privileged, proprietary, and confidential information for you only and you agree to keep it private, confidential, and protected from any disclosure.

        9. If you do not agree with the above disclaimer please do not go any further. Violation of any of these rules will remove you permanently from the program.
